This is a list of the NPCs and what they do.
Not necessarily an exhaustive list, but most of the non-player characters in the game, their location and what they do.
Dr.Octagon – located behind the southern door below the deck of the rusted ship docked at Nirvana. He sells low-grade implants at lower price with the risk of infection. Type `list’ to get a list of available implants.
BigDaddyD – located in an alley behind the Syndrome, accessible through Pullman, 100m east of corner Hitachi/Pullman, to the north. Guards a drug-delivery point for those who have the Drug Dealer advantage. Also sells street-smart advantages. Type `list’ to get a list of available advantages.
Marly and/or Tonya – wanders the streets. A prostitute, pay her 100 creds for sex.
Pimp Ikeda – in the alley near the KiNGS gang territory, found on the corner of Fuji and Midtown, 100m west from Club XS, then north, north, east. He is Marly’s pimp. Nothing special.
Kotus - NCSP drone at the check point on the money-wall leading east. "show pass to Kotus" if you have a IO ticket, corpID or ShopSafe pass.
Marco – located in an alley, south of Mr. Lee humble Chinese restaurant. Just go inside 200m west from the southwestern corner of Joseki and High. Buys armor, guns and high-tech. Just give an item to him to see if he wants to buy it. He will offer you a price if interested.
Darleen Marksen – located 200m west from the corner of Joseki and Pullman, in the backroom of Death Guild’s terminal room, the shop selling home defense GT turrets. Buys implants in refrigerated containers. Just give her a refrigerated container with an implant in it, and she will offer you a price if interested.
Tyrell – located at Hitachi Park, just 200m south from corner of Midtown and Hitachi or 200m north of corner of High and Hitachi. Tell him “Hello” and wait to see if he offers you a job. If he does, tell “Yes” to him again to accept the job.
Aldus Weechin – stands near Tyrell. Just Tyrell’s Does nothing special, just accompanies Tyrell.
Tahbeh – located down, under and north in the KiNGS turf alleys. From the corner of Midtown and Fuji, 100m west of Club XS – go north, north, northeast, down, north. Tell her “Hello” and wait to see if she offers you a job. If she does, tell her “Yes” to accept the job. Gives a free drug as a gift with the job.
General Nga – located on Hosaka street, at the cars dealership. Tell him “Hello” and wait to see if he offers you a job. If he does, tell “Yes” to him again to accept the job.
Julius – located in the backroom of the Syndrome bar. Tell him “Hello” and wait to see if he offers you a job. If he does, tell “Yes” to him again to accept the job.
Josiah – located in Nirvana, just west a few hundred meters from the main entrance to Nirvana. Tell him “Hello” and wait to see if he offers you a job. If he does, tell “Yes” to him again to accept the job.
Navier – located on the third floor of Public Housing on the corner of Hitachi and Pullman. Tell him “Hello” and wait to see if he offers you a job. If he does, tell “Yes” to him again to accept the job.
Dean Baker – located in the corporate sector of the city. Tell him “Hello” and wait to see if he offers you a job. If he does, tell “Yes” to him again to accept the job.
Carmen – located at New Carthage beach. The eastern corner of Joseki and Bayfront. The northern side. Once on the beach, walk east, east, hole. Tell her “Hello” and wait to see if she offers you a job. If she does, tell her “Yes” to accept the job.
Mr. Koboyashi - located in the eastern room inside the Pleasure Dome. Gives out jobs to those who work for the Yakuza.
Mr. Starks – located in the music store on North Hitachi, to the western side, a few hundred meters northwest from Kingpin and the Bowling alley. Gives out jobs to members of the Mercenary Guild.
Mr. Lorenzo – located in the drugs store on east Pullman, northern side. Gives out jobs to members of the Italian Mafia
Ivankov – located in the abandoned Spa on the corner of Joseki and Pullman, inside the “office” – search the room to find the door. Gives out jobs to members of the Russian Crime Syndicate.
Dow Jones – located inside The Last Exit on western Pullman, southern side. Sells lottery tickets. Type “buy ticket from Dow” to participate in the lottery draw.
Kingpin – located in the Bowl-o-Rama on North Hitachi, eastern side. 200m north from the corner of Midtown and Hitachi. Behind the southern door in the office. Gives out jobs. Nod your head if he offers you a job. Don’t go too often as he gets mad.
Janya – located in the Intrigue (Casino) South Hitachi, eastern side. 100m north from the corner of Pullman and Hitachi. Go east, east, south. Open east. Go east. Gives out daily jobs, just nod your head if she offers you a job. Don’t visit her too often or she gets mad.
DoughBoy – wanders the streets. Randomly attacks people or follows them on the street.
Officer Murtaugh – located in the New Carthage Police Department building on Northern side of Fuji, to the east. Sometimes offers a job to place a NCPD monitor on a designated location. Just nod your head if he offers you a job.
Dr. Rob Kalso – located in the Testing room of the Mortius clinic in Old City. Once a week gives out a job for testing a random drug. If he offers you a job, just nod your head.
Natasha – located deeper into the alley behind Crazy Edo’s electronics store. To enter the alley, you must search outside the electronics store to find the entrance. Gives out jobs to those who have the “Locksmith” advantage and “Lock pick” skill.
Bob the Bum (and, or) Homeless Hank – located in Tin Pan alley, just south from the corner of Pullman and Joseki. Homeless bums, give them 5 creds ot 10 creds and they might tell you if Tahbeh or Navier have a job for you at the moment.
