The Board is composed of elected homeowners who volunteer their time and energy to manage the Association on behalf of all residents. The Board’s charter and primary duty is to preserve the structure, integrity, and appearance of the community.
Common Elements/Assets maintenance and repairs
Contracting for goods and services for the Association
Preparing budgets and financial statements for the Association
Paying taxes and assessments on the Common Elements of the Association
Delegating responsibility to agents, committees, officers, or employees of the association authorized by the governing documents
Formulating rules of operation for the Common Elements
Substitute for police or other law enforcement agencies
Resolve domestic disputes or disagreements between neighbors
Contract for services for individual homeowners
Requests for items to be added to the Agenda should be sent to thepresidentcchoa@gmail.com. Please be aware that your proposed item will be queued for review based on the Board's workload. However, the Board will acknowledge your request by email and give you a status update.
Cutters Creek has two published vehicles for communication: the CC Quarterly and the CC Website.
The CC Quarterly provides homeowners with information about neighborhood activities and events. It is published four times a year—Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
The CC Website is a repository of HOA information including policies and governing documents, Board of Trustees monthly and annual meetings minutes, reports from committees and task forces, and related Board approved information that benefits all HOA residents.
