Policies

We always show respect & kindness towards others while in class at the studio & at performances.

Please Review Our Studio Rules with your dancer(s):

• • Dance Attire – Any type fitted dance wear

    • no long tutus

    • jeans, baggy or too long pants & loose fit T’s are NOT appropriate dancewear

  • Dance Shoes

    • DO NOT wear outside the studio

    • NO street shoes on the dance floor

    • Tap shoes should be worn with tights or socks to prevent blisters & need elastic bands, velcro fasteners or buckles & should fit well.

    • PLEASE - All shoes need to be marked with student name

    • PLEASE – Make sure all tap screw heads / rivots are properly flush

    • Assist your student with shoes before class starts (this also includes searching for different tap/ballet/jazz shoes in the shoe bins)

  • Dance Hair (for all classes)

    • Pony tail, dog ears, braid or bun

    • Hair that could get in their eyes needs to be clipped back

  • Drinks

    • Plastic/metal water bottles or cups with secure lids are allowed (WATER ONLY)

    • Gum, candy or snacks are NOT allowed during class time

• Tuition

  • • Pay current monthly tuition at any time during that month, but please keep account up to date

    • Returned Check Fee is $20.00 (then you will pay w/cash or MO)

    • Receipts are not written for cash payments & we don’t keep cash change available at the studio

    • make sure student name is clearly marked on envelope with cash & in memo to be credited properly (if last names are different)

    • Late fees will apply after one month

    • Tuition is priced per month, not per class.

    • Missed classes can be made up during another class, ask for scheduling.

    • Notification of student dropping class is required. Tuition payments extend through notification date!

Please be punctual to your class time (arriving a little early will allow you/them to get their dance shoes on and be ready)

Please include a restroom break at home prior to class time!

Studio space is for dancers only *w/exception of helper for Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet Classes (look for the calendar to sign up)

Snow / Icy Weather conditions: we follow the Kingfisher Schools weather decisions.

RECITAL COSTUME BALANCE DUE BY FEBRUARY 28

Account must be CURRENT/UP-TO-DATE & costume paid for before receiving it.
