Membership in the Fellows is limited to students who have completed at least two years of study at the college level, and who are in the top 25% of their class by GPA (minimum 3.25). The annual selection cycle begins in the middle of the spring semester when a letter is emailed to all students who appear to meet the above criteria. Interested students who believe they are eligible and do not receive a letter by the end of March should contact the Fellows or the Dean's office.
Eligible students are invited to submit an application (mostly short essay questions), and top applicants are ask to participate in a short interview. After all interviews are completed, the Fellows and the Faculty Advisor meet to select the incoming class of Fellows. Applicants are notified of the panel's decision before the end of the semester. Service as a Fellow begins in the fall semester of the same year.
