Membership

Membership in the Fellows is limited to students who have completed at least two years of study at the college level, and who are in the top 25% of their class by GPA (minimum 3.25). The annual selection cycle begins at the beginning of the spring semester when a letter is emailed to all students who meet the above criteria. Interested students who believe they are eligible and do not receive a letter by the end of March should contact the Fellows.

Eligible students are invited to submit an application (mostly short essay questions), and top applicants are ask to participate in a short interview. After all interviews are completed, the Fellows meet to select the incoming class of Fellows. Applicants are notified of the panel's decision before the end of the semester. Service as a Fellow begins in the fall semester of the same year.

All members are required to attend an annual retreat at the start of the Fall semester to review what our roles are as Fellows, and decide what changes we want to make to the organization to better serve our Engineering peers. There will also be other optional meetings throughout the school year.
