Pack 95 Crossover

Cubmaster:

(To all) These Webelos scouts have outgrown our Pack. They need more challenge and more adventure than we can provide. They are leaving us to enter their chosen Boy Scout troops, where they will continue to grow in Scouting skills and friendships. They are ready for great adventures as Boy Scouts. Hiking, camping, and advancement along the Eagle Trail are waiting for them. ... We would like a representative of each Cub Scout rank come up to congratulate each Webelos 2 as he makes his final walk up to Boy Scouts.

(Rank representatives come up).

Cubmaster:

(To the Webelos 2s) Would you please bring your parents forward? And please give them your arrows for safekeeping.

(To the Webelos 2s) An important part of your Cub Scout uniform has always been your neckerchief. Each year as you've graduated to the next rank your parents have put on your new neckerchief and then removed your old one. This year will be different. You will cross the bridge as a Webelos Scout and be met at the far side of the bridge by Boy Scout representatives. They will put on your new Boy Scout neckerchief and then remove your old Webelos neckerchief. When you step off the bridge you will be a Boy Scout.

(To all) We are fortunate to have multiple excellent Boy Scout troops in our town, several of which are represented here today.

(Repeat for each troop.)

Cubmaster:

We have [number] scout(s) who have chosen to join Troop [number], led by Scoutmaster [name].

(Each Webelos 2 joining the troop is called in turn to cross the bridge. The scout now passes down the line, receiving good wishes and good-byes from all pack and leader representatives in line.)

(The Scoutmaster, senior patrol leader, and/or other troop representatives will meet each scout at the end of the bridge, put on their new Boy Scout neckerchief, and then remove their old Cub Scout neckerchief. After all scouts joining the troop have crossed over, the troop representatives may want to say a few words.)
