Dr. Zhao Zhang is a Full Professor at the School of Computer and Information, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China. I received the PhD degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering (EE) at City University of Hong Kong, supervised by Prof. Tommy W.S. Chow (IEEE Fellow), in 2013. During my PhD study, I have visited the National University of Singapore, working with Prof. Shuicheng Yan (ACM/IEEE/AAAI/IAPR Fellow, and Fellow of Singapore Academy of Engineering), from Feb to May 2012; I also visited the National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at Chinese Academy of Sciences, working with Prof. Cheng-Lin Liu (IEEE/IAPR Fellow, Director of NLPR), from Sep to Dec 2012. I was ranked the Career-Long Achievement and Single-Year Achievement (2022-2025) lists of "World’s Top 2% Scientists by Elsevier and Stanford University.
My research interests include Multimedia Computing, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition. I have authored/co-authored over 140 technical papers published at prestigious journals and conferences, including 55 IJCV or IEEE/ACM Transactions regular papers (e.g., IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TSP, IEEE TMM and ACM TOMM), and 36 Top-tier conference papers (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ACM MM, ICLR, AAAI and IJCAI), with Google Scholar citations over 9,300 times and H-index 54. I am serving/served as an Associate Editor (AE) of IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (IEEE TIP), IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (IEEE TCSVT), IEEE Transactions on Big Data (IEEE TBD), Pattern Recognition (PR) and Neural Networks (NN); also served as a Managing Guest Editor (MGE) for Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation (JVCI), Image and Vision Computing (IVC). Besides, I am serving/served as a SPC member/Area Chair for ACM MM, AAAI, IJCAI and BMVC. I obtained the Best Paper Award of the 2023 International Conference on Neural Computing for Advanced Applications (NCAA 2023). I have served as a keynote or invited speaker for 10+ international and domestic academic conferences in related fields. I am a Distinguished Member of the CCF, and a Senior Member of the IEEE.

张召，男，合肥工业大学教授、博导，香港城市大学博士 (导师：Prof. Tommy W.S. Chow, IEEE Fellow)，CCF杰出会员/IEEE高级会员。读博期间，分别在新加坡国立大学 (指导教授：颜水成，ACM/AAAI/IEEE/IAPR Fellow、新加坡工程院院士) 和 中科院自动化所模式识别国家重点实验室NLPR (指导教授：刘成林，IEEE/IAPR Fellow，自动化所副所长、国家重点实验室主任) 进行访问研究。
主要从事多媒体与计算机视觉领域的研究，围绕 "底层视觉计算、可控内容生成与伪造检测、垂类大模型与智能体、多模态感知计算" 等主题方向，已发表学术论文140余篇，包括IEEE/ACM汇刊 (如IEEE TPAMI/TIP/TKDE/TNNLS等)、IJCV或CCF-A类会议论文 (如CVPR/NeurIPS/ACM MM/AAAI等) 等一共93篇 (其中第一作者或通讯作者61篇)，Google Scholar总引用9300+次，20+篇论文单篇引用超过100次，H-Index为54，引用者包括约60+位国内外院士或IEEE/ACM Fellow，其中6篇入选ESI高被引论文。已主持国家自然基金项目4项，主持安徽省杰青项目、CCF-百度松果基金、CAAI-华为MindSpore学术基金各1项；已获授权国家发明专利19项（已转让4项）；获2023年中国自动化学会CAA自然科学一等奖、2016年ACM中国新星奖Honorable Mention (全国仅2名获奖者)、2014年江苏省科学技术二等奖各1项；担任10+个国际国内相关领域学术会议的主旨报告/特邀报告讲者；入选美国斯坦福大学和Elsevier发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家“终身科学影响力”、“2022-2025年度科学影响力”排行榜。
学术服务方面，担任CCF计算机视觉专委会、多媒体技术专委会执委，CSIG青工委委员，亚太认知智能学会AACI副秘书长等；担任 IEEE TIP、IEEE TCSVT 、Pattern Recognition 和 Neural Networks 等权威SCI期刊的编委(AE)；多次担任ACM MM、AAAI、IJCAI 等权威学术会议的高级程序委员SPC或领域主席AC。
