The Achieve through PLCs Project funded through the California Elementary Mathematics and Science Professional Learning Initiative of the California Department of Education, supports teachers and principals through STEM Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in which STEM study becomes the focus for individual and group science learning for students, families and educators. 

The Project engages upper-elementary minority-serving schools and is supported by key contributors to NGSS-aligned Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. 

We are grateful for these extraordinary contributions toward underrepresented girls' and boys' STEM achievement through their teachers' commitments to participation in professional development meetings and workshops. 

We are also grateful for the distinguished leadership of their school administrators.
