Spring Cleanup in Meadowbrook Local Park/Rock Creek Park

Let’s Get Outside!

Join the Pack for our Spring service activity as we help clean up Meadowbrook Local Park / Rock Creek Park. It's a great opportunity for the boys to make a difference in the environment while getting some fresh air! We will work on clearing trash and debris along the portion of Rock Creek just south of East West Highway.

Registration

Please register on our SignUpGenius site so that we can be prepared for the appropriate number of Scouts and families.

What to Bring/Wear

All materials needed for the cleanup activity will be provided.

Scouts should wear their Pack 1461 T-shirts and uniform hats.

Sunscreen and sturdy shoes are recommended for all participants. Long sleeves and long pants are also a good idea.

Where

Meadowbrook Local Park, Chevy Chase, MD. We will meet at the Meadowbrook Park Activity Building (7901 Meadowbrook Lane, Chevy Chase, MD 20815). The building is adjacent to the playground and tennis and basketball courts at Meadowbrook Park.
