This year is clearly going to be different for all of us, and Scouting is no exception. Regardless, we want to ensure that it is as useful and fun for our Scouts as it has always been. Scouting is an opportunity to learn new things and to get outside and we intend to maintain this, but we'll do this safely and while practicing keeping our distance.

As you might imagine, we don't intend to bring the whole Pack together. Our focus this year will be at the Den-level. Each den will host 1 – 2 meetings a month; Dens may decide to meet up outside for a distanced meeting, hike, or camp-out, but we also expect some virtual meetings. We may think about hosting a virtual Pack meeting but we also recognize that we’re all a little Zoom’d out, so we’ll play that by ear.

We're also hoping to keep some of our annual Pack-level activities. You can look forward to virtual popcorn sales and maybe even a virtual Pinewood Derby?!?

Scouting doesn't happen without volunteers. We ask that you consider volunteering for the Pack as a den helper or within the Pack. This is the last year for our committee chair, cubmaster, webmaster, and achievement chair. These roles only take a few hours a month because we all pitch in, but the Scouts can’t exist without your help.
