Visiting from abroad

The nearest international airports are Lisbon (LIS, 190 Km) and Oporto (OPO, 140 Km). From Lisbon airport take a cab or the subway ("Metro") to “Oriente” train station. (In case you take a cab, we advise to catch it near the Departures gate at the airport, rather than from the Arrivals gate.) From Oporto airport take a cab or the subway to “Campanhã” train station. In both cases catch an “Alfa” or “Intercidades” train to Coimbra B, from where you can get a cab to “Departamento de Química”.
