THE CRYPTO APPROACH

Crypto's investigations and other research projects are approached from a objective standpoint. The investigation team, documents the location and attempts to recreate eyewitness reports and if possible provide natural explanations for the claims of paranormal activity. Prior to conducting any field research, Crypto, conducts an extensive background workup on the investigation site including, history, eyewitness interviews and local geology. When conducting field investigations, Crypto investigators, utilize multi-spectrum video and audio recording systems as well as environmental measurement and data-logging equipment to study and monitor the location and record any experiences or anomalies.

At the conclusion of a case, which is often comprised of multiple field investigations, all evidence is examined and any unexplained events or anomalies are analyzed, this information is then compared against eye witness reports and other collected information. If any anomalies are recorded, video, auditory or environmental, these are further analyzed and attempts are made to recreate the anomaly to determine the cause. During the analysis investigators use a combination of technologies including, professional video and audio editing software and other resources to deduce the cause of the claims of activity and often consult with outside specialists in historical, scientific and engineering fields. Crypto Paranormal Investigations provides natural explanations for 96 percent of the hauntings that the team investigates.
