Common area maintenance. These flats are managed on an in-house basis on behalf of your elected directors. For maintenance issues relating to the common areas, please phone 07865 069219.
Insurance (Aviva PM085084CHC). Your management company insures against the risk of accidental damage to the structure of your flat. For claims over £1,000, phone Aviva, 24 hours a day, on 0500 114477 and quote the above policy number.
Mail & mail boxes. Letter not for you? Please write “return to sender” on the envelope and put in a Royal Mail letter box. Mail box broken? Repair is your responsibility.
Rubbish removal. Rubbish bins are in the bin-sheds. Please put routine rubbish in the bins, not on the floor. Please phone Haringey Council on 020 8885 7700 to arrange for collection of bulky items. Recycling bins are provided at the side entrance to block 55 to 86.
Car parking. Parking spaces are the property of individual flatowners. Please don’t park in a parking space that doesn’t belong to you and please don’t park on double yellow lines. If you park improperly, you may be charged a fee.
Satellite dishes. The TV sockets in flats allow access to all freeview channels and pay-to-view channels including Sky. Your lease does not allow you to install individual satellite dishes and legal action may be taken, where necessary, to enforce the terms of the lease.
