REGULATIONS IMPOSED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 22 OF THE THIRD SCHEDULE OF THE UNDERLEASES OF CROWN CLOSE WINKFIELD ROAD LONDON N22 5HG
Regulation (1)
The Resolution below was unanamously approved at a Minerva (now CCPM) Flatowners General Meeting held on Tuesday 30 June 2009
On any dealing with a flat (being a sale or mortgage), the solicitors for the new Lessee or the existing Lessee in the case of a mortgage or re-mortgage, are to notify the Management Company’s Solicitors of such dealing within 28 days of finalisation of the relevant document. A certified copy of such document is to be supplied to the Management Company’s Solicitors and a registration fee currently of £50 plus VAT is to be paid. Lessees are also reminded to hand to their solicitors the “Guidance for Flatowners When Selling Your Flat” which has been circulated to all lessees.
This regulation was passed on the advice of the company solicitor .
Regulation (2)
The Regulation below was approved at a Crown Close Property Management Board Meeting held on Tuesday 27 September 2011
Vehicles can only be parked in designated parking spaces with the consent of the owner of the space.
Except where the permission of the Company has been obtained, the owners of vehicles parked elsewhere are liable to be required to pay a financial penalty and the vehicle may be removed.
