When it comes to web designers none are as active as Sean Gugerty So no matter what time, day or night you'll find Sean attempting some crazy concoction.
In addition to being a web designer, Sean is also successful writer and YouTube Enthusiast. Just because Sean isn't actively lobbying, he was very much appalled by Wikipedias limited resources on Mugshot Extortion.
A brief look at their Mugshot Publishing Industry and Sean quickly identified that 6 of the 18 states were missing.
It turns out this was because of what Wikipedia defines as "Weasel Wording."
So apparently because of vandalism, they are unable to allow access to user edits prior to admin approval.
