Volunteer

A lot of helping hands are required to make this a successful season for our athletes. We appreciate all help and have many opportunities for support. We are in need of volunteers for the following areas:

Meet Day Support - Pick up healthy snacks and drinks and bring to bus before departure. A list of recommended items will be provided. Reimbursement for purchases is available through the club. We will post a Signup Genius link here to sign up for specific meets.

Raider Relays - This is a large home meet with 9 additional schools representing. Parent help is critical. We will volunteers for gate entry, concession stand, parking and more, on top of the meet day support needs.

Concession Stand - We are scheduled to operate 2 concession stands during the season at the Cedar Ridge track on March 11th as part of Raider Relays. We will need a volunteer to purchase items at Sam's beforehand and we'll need approximately 5-6 volunteers to help run during the meet. We'll provide a list of items to purchase and will have a Signup Genius link to sign up for jobs for each meet. Concession Stand Information

Athlete Awards Night - We are looking for a committee of volunteers to help organize our Awards Night on May 3rd. Specific roles are: Decorations, Cake, Set Up, Athlete Awards and Slideshow.

Scholarship Committee - We would like to give 4, $500 scholarships to graduating seniors and need a minimum of 3 committee members to lead up the application process. There are guidelines in place to make the criteria easy to manage. The time commitment is small and will only require one in person meeting during the season.
