Hazardous Materials

If the Association learns of the presence of any material or substance in the Common Area or unit which is deemed by any governmental agency to be potentially hazardous, the Board may, at its discretion, make written findings as to the circumstances and the need to take certain action and establish and implement appropriate policy and actions as are in the best interest of the Association. page # 20 CCRs
