Mandolin Repair Prices

* These prices are a good guide to repair costs but instruments must be seen before estimates can be made. *

Like other stringed instruments, mandolins respond well to setup adjustments. Neck straightness, fret evenness,

string heights and the width and spacing of the string pairs all contribute to the sound and playability of the instrument.

Even the string slots in the nut and the fit of the bridge can make a surprising amount of difference to the tone.
