How to Book

Booking a room in our London shared houses is simple. Just follow the 4 steps below to reserve your room securely with a small holding deposit and confirm your stay.

Step 1: Choose your room
See our latest room availability in West London on our availability page.  Note the Property Reference and Room Number.

Step 2: Pay your £125 deposit securely online
Make the holding deposit payment through our secure website.
The £125 holding deposit is non‑refundable if you change your mind, but it forms part of your total deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent) which is refundable at the end of your stay in line with our deposit refund terms.

Step 3: Complete the booking form
Fill in the contact form below. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes so you know we have received your details.

Step 4: We confirm the booking and move in
We will be in touch shortly to confirm the booking, send your tenancy agreement and arrange your move-in date.

What Happens After You Book

Once you have made the £125 holding deposit payment (Step 2), please complete the booking form below to tell us which room you would like us to hold.

We can only hold a room after we receive both the holding deposit and the completed form. The holding deposit gives us time to contact you, answer any questions and start the tenancy paperwork for your London room.
