Cranmere is a modern 3 bedroom bungalow built on the site of the original wooden chalet in 1996, with fantastic views across Polzeath beach and Pentire point.

It consists of the following:

Bedroom 1 - double bed, large wardrobe, and basin.

Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds, small set of shelves.

Shower room/ toilet 1 - inside Cranmere with a washer/dryer.

Shower room/toilet 2 - accessed from outside Cranmere.

Kitchen - electric cooker, induction hob, fridge, freezer, mircowave , dishwasher, and sink.

Living room - sitting for 8 including sofa bed (sleeps 2), tv with dvd player,blue tooth sound bar, dining table.

Conservatory - off living room facing beach and Pentire Point, with dining table and chairs.
