ASSOCIATION RULES & REGULATIONS

All of the properties within the Cranberry Creek Subdivision are subject to a set of RESTRICTIONS. When owners purchased their property, they agreed to abide by these Restrictions. The last full set of Restrictions was filed on April 10, 1998. Subsequently, two Amendments were filed, September 1, 2003 and July 27, 2006. The Amendments only updated specific portions; however, the full restrictions have been compiled in a text document for easy reference.

Rules

While there is no compiled set are rules, there are some items upon which past Boards decided. These items were discussed and decisions were distributed to owners.

SPEED LIMIT: 15 mph (signs were posted in 2020)

FIREWORKS: No fireworks at the pond

CAMPING: No camping at the pond

2021 ANNUAL OWNERS MEETING

The Annual Meeting will be held on September 5. More details will be posted as they are finalized.

ANNOUNCEMENT - March 4, 2021

Greetings, property owners.

The Board is presently seeking nominations for directors for the 2021-2023 term. The Board positions are: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and at least one Director.

You may nominate another person or yourself. All nominations must be submitted in writing or electronically to the Board. You can do so via our email: cranberrycreek.ownersassoc@gmail.com or hard copy (P.O. Box 371, Camp Douglas, WI 54618).

At present, a deadline for submission has not been set. As nominations are confirmed, they will be posted. (Election materials will be sent via US Postal Service in Summer).
