Please familiarize yourself with the documents located here on our website.

You will find that our governing documents require that all owners provide the following to the Board of Directors:

1.      A closing document that contains the name of your mortgage company and the name(s) of all who are on your mortgage.  If you have no mortgage,

        provide a copy of your deed.

2.      Your contact information and emergency contact 

3.      A key to your unit for emergency entry. (Currently, the board allows a nearby emergency contact to hold a key if that contact can respond quickly)

4.      A check equaling two months for the reserve fund.  This is over and above your regular monthly assessment and is non-refundable.

We are a condominium association of only 21 units. We currently can not accept any more sales for the purpose of renting. We currently have 5 units that are rentals which is our max of 25%.
