HOA dues at Cedarwood Place range from $335-$432 based on the size/style of the unit. Monthly assessments are due by the first of each month. A late fee of $35 will be charged for assessments received after the 10th.
The monthly assessment is applied to the following items:
insurance for exterior of unit
exterior unit maintenance
landscaping of common area grounds
pest control
termite bond
clubhouse/pool membership
the water and sewer portion of utilities for each unit and clubhouse
electricity for outside lanterns
electricity for clubhouse
maintenance/repair of common area items
a contribution each month to CPCA Reserve account used for long-range planning of major expenses
Special assessments are sometimes needed for major common area expenses.
