HomeOwners have the Responsibility to:

• Read and comply with all governing documents of the HOA.

• Maintain their property according to established standards of the HOA and its committees.

• Treat association leaders honestly and with respect.

• Vote in applicable community elections.

• Pay association assessments and charges on time.

• Contact HOA leaders to discuss financial payment arrangements.

• Request reconsideration of material decisions that personally affect them.

• Provide current contact data to HOA leaders  to ensure they receive information from the HOA.

• Ensure that those who reside on their property (e.g. tenants, relatives, friends) adhere to applicable policies.
