PLEASE NOTE:
The Cove Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA) is committed to maintaining the integrity, safety, and value of our community. As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the property from termite damage, a termite inspection is required every year for each home unit within the Cove Ridge community as stated in Section 3 of the By Laws under Miscellaneous:
"All members of the ASSOCIATION will provide the Board of Directors, or its designess, proof of termite protection on their individual units. Members of the ASSOCIATION will provide this proof in the renewal month of their coverage, each and every year, so long as they are members of the ASSOCIATION. Upon failure, or refusal of any member to provide the Board of Directors with satisfactory proof of protection within in one (1) month after their renewal date, the Board of Directors may, in its discretion, pay the renewal fee, and the delinquent member shall be responsible for repayment of the amount expended by the Board, as though it were a special assessment."
This policy ensures that all units remain compliant with community maintenance standards and that we prevent potential structural damage that could affect neighboring homes. Please submit your proof of inspection by email to CRHA.TN@gmail.com or deliver a hard copy to the HOA assessment drop box located at the pool house by December 31st. This documentation must confirm that your unit has been inspected within the past 12 months and that no active infestations are present.
If proof of inspection is not received by the stated deadline, the Board will arrange for Russell’s Pest Control to perform the inspection on your behalf. In such cases, the cost of the inspection will be billed directly to the homeowner.
