As discussed last night, we are gathering information for benefit days from area restaurants. We are looking to schedule them the week of April 21st to as last as May 3rd so that we get funds back in time for jacket orders. We also have information for the GFS Candy Bar fundraisers, Yankee Candle fundraisers, Country Home Candles, two Avon ladies, and we have a former parent who sells Scentsy that is willing to work with us for a fundraiser. Reminder, us coaches did not have these opportunities as twirlers. You get out of it what you put in it.
Fortunately a few girls are benefiting from some very generous donations. We only need $75 for ALL girls to have their uniforms covered.
Other than the restaurant fundraisers, PARENTS are responsible for all other fundraising efforts. Set up a committee or have a parent be in charge of collecting the money and turning in the proceeds to the Country Kickers for putting into the bank account when we place orders. Whomever is in charge of the fundraiser will also need to track who sells what to know who will owe for jackets and glow stick batons.
Fudge will be available for pick up on Sat morning at 11:30am at the BG Mall where we practice!
