Cell sorters are specialised instruments that are run by dedicated facility staff. Please contact the facility to organise a sort appointment and to discuss your experimental requirements.
5 laser, 17 colour, up to 6-way sorting. Jet-in-air. Temperature control sample and collection. Collect in any receptacle from 384-well plate to 50mL tubes. Index sorting. Single cell deposition. Selection of nozzles/ sort pressure from 70um (70PSI) to 200um (5PSI) diameter.
