The History of Spanish Law

The main objective of this section and website is to provide the students the data for understanding the process of the codification of Law in Spain during 19th century. The readings and materials are the support for the analysis of the main codes and rules presented in a systematic order; even more, to understand the role that the scholars carried out in the commissions and committees.
