Questioning is a fundamental part of all strands of formative assessment.

The aim of this booklet is to reflect about self and peer assessment. Hence you will find some questions that are making increasingly challenging cognitive demands on your knowledge.

The way to know what you learned it to answer:

1. Which legal reforms during 18th and 19th centuries are likely to have the greatest impact?

2. Should they develop a new political order or a new institutional order?

3. Which was the better Constitution to apply according with the limitation of powers of government and the specific rights the Spaniards retained?

4. As a consequence of this, and in your opinion, which legal reform would be the best for the Constitution?

Please explain your opinion about all this items, and then evaluate from 1 (low) to 5 (high) each item, and finally add all the point for a final score.
