Assignment Kickoff
Advertisement: this summer I worked on a ceiling-marker based system for ground truth robot localization. I did all of the coding needed to get this to work. I even tested it in CC300. However, there are still a few parts that need to be finished off for it to work in the context of this project. I would love some student help with this. If you are interested in going deeper on this project, and in the process learning a lot of cool stuff, please let me know.

A good first step in the assignment is to run the built-in particle filter (see the project page for instructions). Also, there is a step-by-step guide for going through the project that you may want to use as well.
