The drive to excel in all the disciplines to which we dedicate our energies is part of the human condition. Those who succeed are worthy of admiration and praise, because by highlighting their virtues, we share in their achievements, thereby rewarding both their own aspirations and those of our fellow citizens.
With the purpose of disseminating the cultural, historical, noble, and chivalric heritage, as well as the traditions of all countries of the world through the high ethical values inherent in nobility, and of fostering brotherhood between countries to strengthen the bonds of friendship between nations, thus facilitating the maintenance of world peace, the International College of Nobles is established as an institution with its own legal personality, in accordance with the provisions of international private law (The Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCI) of October 5, 1961) and the Spanish Constitution of 1978, since this institution is based in the Kingdom of Spain (year 2006).
El afán por sobresalir en todas las disciplinas a las que dedicamos nuestras energías forma parte de la condición humana. Quienes lo consiguen son dignos de admiración y elogio, porque al resaltar sus virtudes participamos de sus logros, recompensando así tanto sus propias aspiraciones como las de nuestros conciudadanos.
Con el propósito de difundir el patrimonio cultural, histórico, noble y caballeresco, así como las tradiciones de todos los países del mundo a través de los altos valores éticos inherentes a la nobleza, y de fomentar la hermandad entre los países para fortalecer los lazos de amistad entre las naciones, facilitando de este modo el mantenimiento de la paz mundial, se establece el Colegio Internacional de Nobles como una institución con personalidad jurídica propia, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el derecho internacional privado (Conferencia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional Privado —HCCH— de 5 de octubre de 1961) y la Constitución Española de 1978, dado que esta institución tiene su sede en el Reino de España (año 2006).
