Check out what's new in Coker Hills
With spacious homes on large wooded lots located on rolling hills, Coker Hills offers the amenities of Chapel Hill in a quiet, secluded, family friendly neighborhood. Filled with towering oaks and pines, marked by stately magnolias, dotted with crape myrtle and dogwood, Coker Hills lives up to its reputation as the "botanists' neighborhood." Yet despite its privacy and peace, the neighborhood is within easy walking distance of schools, shopping, and parks. The homes in this well established neighborhood, built mostly in the 60s and 70s, are comfortable and spacious, with many offering historically significant Modernist architectural details.
The Coker Hills Neighborhood Association
The purpose of the Coker Hills Neighborhood Association is to foster a sense of community and keep our neighborhood the special place it is. Contact us at cokerhills@gmail.com.
Joining the Coker Hills Neighborhood Association (CHNA) supports community concerts and events, including our summer ice cream social and Halloween party, and maintains and improves the E.C. Leonard Playground, our favorite place to play and relax.
