2017 - First Night

We had two presentations/demo's last night.

One the Ninjas did a reprise of their demo of Unity + VR at the BT Young Scientists at the RDS. For those that did not see, I cannot recreate the experience here, so a second best will have to do;

Looking through the headset, viewers saw;

A quick summary from App Inventor room. We were looking at an tutorial on a Xylophone and segued into a discussion by Ken Whelan on Coding and Music.

Ken is a mentor at CoderDojo DCU and also is involved in the Coolest Projects organisation team. Above Ken ( in Orange ), is giving a presentation at the MejaDojo event in Limerick last year which had 1000 Ninjas present. A highlight was Ken playing the Superman and Star Wars themes on a child's xylophone and it being recognized by all the Ninjas.
