Remember: We don't have to do it all. Pick an appropriate exercise from each category and we have a program. Change exercises/variations every few weeks to avoid injury, boredom and plateauing. Work at a level that challenges you but is not too difficult. As improvements in strength and movement skill come, work to advance to a harder progression or add more load.
