So I can be strong and helpful.
So I can learn to move better and teach others how to move better.
So I can return from and prevent future injury.
So I can grow old gracefully and move well all the days of my life.
To set a good example for those around me.
So I can feel good (endorphin rush.)
Movement and play are a passion.
Training is a form of meditation. It helps me get out of my mind and back into the moment.
To live better. To be healthful and have a high quality of life.
To savor the pleasures of gradual daily improvement in my movement, strength and skill as well as in organic health, emotional health and body composition.
