Lifestyle Training.
Train with the purpose of preserving vitality and preventing injury. Always look at the big picture. Training must be sustainable. Smart training always looks at the risk to reward when picking movements. As we age, and when we are learning, bodyweight suffices for most movements save for the hinge.

Have Simple Training Goals -
Get a perfect rep
Maintain flawless form through the entire workout.
Develop the Breath Pattern First.
Breathing through the lower lobes puts us in a calm state. Try to always train in a calm state.
Try not to become over adrenalized. Control adrenaline through the breath. Keep the diaphragm soft.
Breathwork keeps us mobile.
Mobility every day throughout the day. Not just stretching. Balance stability and flexibility.
Nutrition. Chew your food. Slow things down.
Fresh fruits and vegetables.
Protein.
Practice moderation.
Chew your food.
Be awake for four hours before breaking fast.
Know yourself
It all begins in the mind. Thoughts manifest in our reality. Constantly seek to make amends and improve the way we think.
Fear is a fraud. Face the big lion of fear and turn it into a pussy cat.
Practice gratitude and be enthusiastic about life.
Weed out your closet. Decide what’s really important. Figure out what your really good at and do it really well.
