Seventeen. The Litvinov Workout
Pick a lift you know. Hit eight good reps with it. Sprint for five seconds. Rest and repeat two more times.
The next time pick a different lift and sprint for slightly longer time.
Done two times per week, it can replace a leg workout and has good carryover into athletics.
Full recovery. As weight increases and sprint gets to 10-20 seconds focus in on a 3-5 minute rest period.
Suggested lifts:
Front Squats
Overhead Squats (if good at them)
Kettlebell Swings (30 reps)
