Your life should always live in balance with these four aspects.
When life is full we are usually holding these four ideas in balance.
too much work - ignore important things and leads to burnout
too much rest - ignore real living, become slothful
too much play - winter will be harsh
pray - alone time, appreciation of goodness and beauty. Breathe in, breathe out, enjoy.
Training - Fractals: one day equals a lifetime
too much work - soreness, injury, fatigue
too much play - not much of a problem unless partying and socializing are factored in.
too much at one time - decreased intensity and motivation to train
pray - We need both community and solitude to master something new.
