1st Question: What’s your goal? This needs to be answered: What’s Point B?
If the goal is to be “prepared for everything” then get stronger first
“Absolute strength is the glass. Everything else is liquid inside the glass. The bigger the glass, the more of everything else you can do.”--Brett Jones
Lifting weights is the fastest way to build strength. As strength goes up, everything else can be expanded too.
Body composition goal?: Get strong to get lean.
Constant assessment tells us how close we are to point B.
Reassess point B as well.
As you head down the path look around and see if you like where you are headed.
