reasonable is repeatable, doable and believable
tough is going to wake you up in the middle of the night worrying about diet and exercise
periods of tough diets and reasonable workouts --after a holiday or vacation-- work well.
sometimes, these experiments get us back on path, but this is not a lifestyle and should be built into a yearly cycle.
reasonable diets and tough workouts are the the basic templates for an athlete.
There are times when we need to ramp it up--the ‘big push.’
