Movement prep. Use similar movement patterns to the demands of the day's session:
Sec. 1. Muscle activation. Slow controlled movements relative to the day’s session.
Sec 2. Dynamic stretch.
Sec.3 Integrated marching and skipping. Not only warms up muscles but integrates fundamental sprinting patterns.
Sec. 4 rapid response-3-5 sec bursts. ..Now ready for plyometric training
