Written requests from a member to review/inspect available financial or other records of the Association, as described in the NMHOA, will be recorded as received on the business day it is received in an email to the secretary or at the Associations mailing address:
Since the Association does not have an official business office, the time and/or location for a physical (in person) review/inspection of the available financial and other records of the Association will occur at a time and location agreed to between the requesting member and POA Secretary and/or Treasurer. Written requests for these records may be transmitted to a member by paper copy with a charge of 10 cents per page. There will be no cost if requested delivery method is via email or by electronic disk.
May 1st to September 30th- Regular Season Business Hours and Days
A regular business day is defined as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, unless that day is a Federally recognized holiday;
Regular business hours are defined as 11am to 2pm on business days; and Correspondence received for record requests outside the Associations stated business days or hours will be considered received on the next regular business day of the Association.
October 1st to April 30th- Off Season Business Hours and Days
The regular business days and hours above will apply, with the following modifications; A written request for review/inspection of available Association financial and other records will be accepted and recorded on a business day only when transmitted by electronic mail to the Secretary’s e-mail account.
The available financial or other records requested will only be transmitted electronically to the requesting member via their e-mail address on the Association records; and A written request for a physical (in person) review/inspection of available Association financial and records will not be considered as a reasonable request.
