CCW Units Two and Three is designated as a subdivision in Otero County. Will the members be assessed the cost of the new plat map and survey reflecting the 4ft. setbacks? This change must be submitted to the county for approval. Has the Covenants and Bylaws committee researched the cost of this survey and application process?

Which line of the covenants refers to who my guests can be and how long they can stay at my residence in the park? Is this a “use of the land”? Seems that it’s a use of my residence! Am I obligated to kick out my guest after 16 days? Granted, I might be tired of cooking for them, but shouldn't it be my choice not the POA?
