The CLHS PTSA awards up to 4 (four) scholarships each spring to some well-deserving graduating seniors. Extra points are awarded during the evaluation process for each year in which the applicant has been a CLHS PTSA member.
Requirements:
Current CLHS PTSA STUDENT member (as of December 31, 2025).
Planning to enroll full-time in an accredited college, university, or technical institute in the fall of 2026.
Minimum GPA of 2.5.
Students must:
Complete the full application and upload via Google Docs OR Google Forms.
**Scholarship application will be posted in March.**
Provide a 1-2 page resume that does NOT include GPA, exam scores, or class rank. Be sure to include your PTSA involvement over the years!
Submit the senior mid year transcript from Skyward.
Submit one recommendation letter from someone who knows you best. (i.e. teacher, coach, pastor, mentor)
Complete the following essay prompt:
"Please tell us something you have accomplished during your high school years that makes you proud." (300-500 words)
Turn in all forms (application, resume, mid year transcript, recommendation letter and essay) in April.

Open the Google Doc below and go to "file" then "make a copy". After making a copy, you should be able to edit the Google Doc.
