To ensure adherence to the governing documents of the Clarewood Condominium Association, especially as they apply to the Lease, Resale and Occupancy of a Condominium Unit, the Board of Directors of the Clarewood Condominium Association requires that all parties involved agree to this Statement of Understanding and Acceptance.
