2014 PRIDE POINTS
2014 PRIDE POINTS
Citrus Valley Football Pride Points 2014:
Pride Points (will be kept in the coaches office computer)
• A way to measure the amount of sacrifice in the Off Season.
•Rewarded for: Playing other sports, workouts, camps, good grades, community service, etc.
• Updated and adjusted every year to meet the needs for next year’s team
•Two goals: Reward those that deserve it AND deter kids that aren't committed.
Pride points demonstrate your commitment to your personal improvement, and your commitment to our football team. 400 is the minimum requirement for Varsity and JV football team members. Joining the Varsity football team is a privilege, not a right; and you will have to earn your spot. We only want COMPETITORS on our football team. No excuses!

Consistent with CA law related to providing students a free public education (including athletes participating in sports), participation in fund-raising is not a prerequisite to being on the team. Such participation is encouraged to maintain a high quality program, but it is not a condition of participation on the CV football team. Pride points for fundraising are used as bonus points, and are not used in consideration for a player to “make” the final roster. No student athlete will be denied participation on the football team based on his/her inability to pay, or participate in fund-raising.
