Cindy Adams has been instructing a variety of fitness classes for over thirty years. Her specialties include Pilates and Water Fitness. Cindy is a trained STOTT Pilates professional. She is certified in group exercise by The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), The Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), The Health and Fitness Institute, and Hydro-Fit.
