Our ministry, an outreach of the Windows for Jesus Fund, works within the greater Fox Cities Community of northeastern Wisconsin.

In 2012, CIA -Faith Mission Operatives originated at St. Mary Parish in Appleton, WI as a charitable ministry in loving memory of Father Michael O’Rourke to carry out his legacy as a "Window for Jesus" throughout the greater Fox Cities Community.
