** FINAL COST OF EASEMENT COURT COSTS BY Citilife Christian Outreach Centre Toowoomba AGAINST MASTERS HARDWARE CITED AT $400,000 - $450,000. About 1998 Masters Hardware wanted to take away a strip of land from Citilife Christian Outreach Centre Toowoomba for road and piping. From Hume to Ruthven St. COC took on the case in the environment Court and basically won. (Because of the type of court it was they only got back $40,000.) The council paid for the road Hume St to Ruthven St between Masters and church. (May 2014)

** CHURCH SPLIT NO LONGER. Joe Casey and Pat Casey were Pastors at Citilife Christian Outreach Centre Toowoomba and allegedly were stood down and asked to leave the church. They don’t really claim they took people but people did think it was unfair to ask them to leave the church. So they got a month by month lease Prescott St & James St. Apparently, Good Life Church was up to 70 people at first then shifted around and settled to 30 - 40 people. PASTOR RICHARD HARRIS HAD OPENED NEW MELBOURNE CHURCH. Shifted in Oct 2013. It is a non - denominational church and not associated with Anglican church of Australia. In 2015, shifted to Brisbane and did a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.

TOOWOOMBA CHURCHES MOVE INTO SECOND PHASE OF CHILD PROTECTION. In a watershed moment in mid 2013 , stringent child protection policies have been pushed into place in preparation for 2014 government new rules that go way past Blue Cards. Incident reports need to be filled out by every church leader for every child in which something happens or in which something is merely suspected of occurring. From not just sexual suspected areas but physical, verbal tirades, medicines given. From areas on the church property and outside the church to even homes (For example,. youth leaders often have meetings at their house) and even cars (i.e. a leader might have to drive a child home.)

The government of Australia for 2014 began "Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy" and thus a booklet used called "Child Protection Policy Procedures". These are yearly legal requirements to have group training meetings. Any incident that happens, a report needs to be filled out and filed by the "religious practitioner". Events include combined church events like camps. Also, Police may be called if a person refuses to leave building. (The charge is "public nuisance".) Policy covers things like verbal , physical and even implied sexual abuse, accidental touching. Apparently, leader can’t promise to keep anything a secret. (Catholic priests in confession may be exempt in Australia.) Note: This policy is post blue card era where only a police check was needed. (The government does not tell anyone to renew blue cards yearly. The onus falls on the individual. ) In this 2014 policy , in areas of suspected child abuse resulting in fluids "Clothes must be collected for the police" and "Also if an incident happens at home." No alcohol or medication to be given to any child. If a child needs medical attention, it must be given.

CHURCH ABOUT TO BE BOUGHT BY MUSLIMS. The ex Scotts Uniting church at Stephen and 217 West St might be turned into a Muslim Mosque. A minaret will be added to each mosque in Toowoomba over the decades which broadcastes a call to prayer 5 times per day. I personally and independently went to every service of every church in a large western city and compiled a report of each service. WHY DID YOU DO THIS?

I already knew more than most people about different churches and were getting regular requests for information by parishioners wanting to know about churches. WHY THE NEED FOR ARE ALL THOSE NUMBERS?

This report are generally all facts in the same way a newspaper should be without a journalists opinions. It's essentially a statistical research project but if you can get passed only the cold look of this report, you should be able to see that the web site HAS INCREDIBLY RELEVANT AND PERTINENT CHRISTIAN INFORMATION SUITABLE TO ANY PERSON IN THE WORLD.
