Do you or your partner constantly try to prove who is more right? Do you just want to be heard and not criticized? Do you find it hard to feel like you and your partner are on the same side? Adolescent and Family Counseling –Everyone has different amounts of stress that can be tolerated. When acting-out, poor behavior, and conflict occur, these are signals that stress levels may be too high. Effective tools can be learned by family members to build healthier patterns of interaction and loving/supportive relationships. Children can handle less stress than adults, including stress of losing parents or loved ones through separation, divorce, or death. Counseling that combines talking with playing allows your child to express their emotions and learn to cope with their stress in a healthy way.
Build healthy and supportive family relationships that can affect generations.
Individual Counseling –Individual issues and concerns can sometimes negatively affect partner, family, friend, and co-worker relationships; Working through these issues and concerns and better understanding how they relate to various relationships in your life can help you gain perspectives in your life’s journey. Whether these concerns come from having difficulty managing stress, anger, sadness, depression, fear, or anxiety, there is hope for you. Your experiences matter and the difficulties you face deserve to be heard.
You are not alone. There are many ways to manage your concerns. Your voice matters.
