I had the pleasure of working with Christine for nearly seven years in several capacities and experienced how friendly she is as a coworker, how encouraging she is as a leader, and how dedicated and passionate she is as an ambassador of the company. In 2012, I became the first Regional Logistics Coordinator at Aegis Sciences Corporation, and Christine was my supervisor. As a leader, Christine was extremely supportive and motivating, and she was incredibly patient as we developed training manuals and protocols for a position and department that was being built from the ground up. She used her ingenuity to determine the best ways to handle situations that had never been addressed previously, and showed me how to lead my team with empathy and motivation, while also empowering me to make my own decisions and take initiative on projects.

In 2013, I was promoted, and was able to begin working with Christine as a peer and co-leader of our team. I attribute much of my success to Christine's help in developing my leadership skills, as well as her wonderful communication and teamwork. Christine created many process improvement initiatives within the team, as well as a large number of programs to promote a strong culture amongst our team members. Within three years, Christine built the Logistics Department from a team that included only me to a team of nearly 250 team members. She is a great asset to any team she is a part of, and she has proven herself as a hard worker, a phenomenal leader, a teacher and developer, and a wonderful friend.
